- 2 Ripe Avocados peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 Jalapenos dessesed and devined
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
- 2 Tbsp White Onion finely chopped
- 1 Lime juiced
- Sea Salt to taste
Combine the onion with lime juice and a pinch of salt. Let it sit while you prepare the avocados.
Mash avocados with a fork until smooth but still chunky, add onions, jalapeno, cilantro and combine. Season with salt to taste. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
Jalapeno is to taste of course.
