Can I add or change guest counts after we've confirmed the booking?
Yes, we can adjust the guest count up to 2 weeks before the event. Please let me know as soon as possible if there are any changes so I can accommodate your updated guest count and make necessary changes to the menu and pricing accordingly. Remember that last-minute changes may have limitations based on ingredient availability and preparation time.
Why is the deposit non-refundable?
Unfortunately, refunds are not available, but we understand that life happens. If you need to cancel, your deposit can be applied to a future booking. However, if I need to cancel, you will receive 100% of your deposit promptly.
What must be available at our home or rental to prepare our meal?
To ensure a seamless culinary experience, it's helpful to have access to a well-equipped kitchen with standard appliances, cookware, and utensils. Yes, I can provide serving platters for family-style service. Regarding plates and silverware, we use what is available at your rental.
